We are a Profit First certified Bookkeeping firm offering high-level job costing and CFO level services. While our clients do not have to partake in Profit First, we do like to educate our clients on its methods and the level of success our other clients have had utilizing it.
Our Account Managers are QuickBooks Certified and ProAdvisors and we utilize a wide range of applications in order to provide our clients with the top notch accounting services.
Meet the EOB/B4C Team
Meet Shanna Quinn
Shanna began her career in accounting back in 2000 when she started her first office job as a receptionist and within just a few months she became the Office Manager. While Shanna exceled in the Accounting field within all the jobs she held, entrepreneurship was always on her mind. In 2015, Shanna made her dream a reality when she quit her position at a local CPA firm to start East Orlando Bookkeeping (EOB).
Within just a couple of years Shanna found herself back to supporting mostly the construction industry trades and started Bookkeeping 4 Contractors (B4C) as a way to better “label” her business services and niche. EOB /B4C quickly grew into a well-oiled full-service Bookkeeping Firm and Shanna found herself with 2 Account Managers, a Data Entry Specialist, and an Admin in order to keep up with all the existing client work and the constant new EOB / B4C prospects.
Recently Shanna started a new business called The Bookkeeper’s HQ. BHQ is a platform that mentors and supports other Accounting Professionals (AP) while placing Small Business Owners (SBO) in need of an educated/experienced Accounting Professional with the very best.
Meet Sara Russell
Account Manager
Sara fell into her bookkeeping career when she decided to try and help her dad get his business bookkeeping in order. She quickly learned that her knack for organization and interest in finance could be combined through bookkeeping.
In 2018, Sara joined East Orlando Bookkeeping as a bookkeeping assistant to Shanna and in 2019 she became an account manager. Sara currently works with all of EOB’s interior design clients and enjoys helping these creative visionaries get financial clarity in their business.
Sara enjoys working from her home in Northern Colorado with her husband and two dogs by her side. When she’s not working, she’s probably thinking about work while enjoying Colorado’s amazing natural beauty!
Meet Annie Dark
Account Manager
Annie has a Master’s degree in Accounting and over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry. She’s worked with businesses from a range of industries including construction, technology, startups and retail. She is a certified QB ProAdvisor and holds many other certifications including Knowify, Bill.com, and Hubdoc.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hitting the golf course or doing any activity that involves the ocean.
Meet Erika Lewka
Data Entry Specialist
Erika holds a BS in Accounting from Iowa State University and currently resides in Iowa with her husband Jeff. Together they maintain a small acreage and hobby horse farm. When she isn’t reconciling the books, she enjoys trail riding her ex-racehorse Rusty, playing frisbee with her dog Moxley or wine tasting with friends.
Meet Michelle Barrett
Administrative Assistant
With a passion for helping small businesses grow, Michelle has a long history of enthusiastic and proficient administrative skills. She enjoys helping to manage schedules and prioritize speedy customer service and aims to serve EOB / B4C clients with gold star treatment.
